Medium-sized
supermarket up to 35,000 square feet. This would see the
existing swimming pool and sports centre retained, with retail units
built between the supermarket and the Marine Way roundabout. There appears
to be significantly less parking spaces than currently available, but
with two major new
facilities to
serve - the supermarket and the Jurassic coast visitor centre. The supermarket
appears to be a particularly long way from the town centre.
